You can download our strategic planning documents from this page: a five-year strategic plan, the operating plan for the current financial year, and a brochure of key elements of the strategic plan.
The strategic plan was endorsed by members at the annual general meeting on 14 September 2011. It now guides the actions of our committee, staff and volunteers.
The downloadable annual operating plan is a draft that is currently being finalised by the committee -- it's not the final version. Please check later for the final version.
